the application failed to initialize properly (0xc00000fd).click on ok to
terminate the application

i want to hook NtClose or NtCreateFile api with detours in c++ in windows
xp but when i create that dll to hook and inject it to one application
like notepad the error comes up which said that the application failed to
initialized properly(0xc00000fd). click on ok to terminate the
application. please help me to solve this problem. thanks alot.
