Trouble decoding Json from Google

Trouble decoding Json from Google

Well, I'm trying to retrieve some info, from the Google Suggest tool.
The thing is, the json returned after the request, doesn't seem
decode-able (using json_decode) + JSONLint sees it as "invalid".
What's wrong?
